We will accept returns of unworn and/or unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery; excluding clearance items, electronic equipment and custom items.

Below items are NOT returnable and may only be exchanged if defective:

  • Custom Designed Items

  • Custom Designed Flags

  • Banners

  • Compression Wear

  • Electronic Equipment

  • Imprinted Sportswear

Returns will be refunded to the original purchasing method or an account credit. Exchanges may be made for items which are defective within 90 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all delivery charges for on non-defective items. Should a replacement item not be available for a defective item, we will refund the purchase price including shipping or substitute for a comparable item. No exchange or return will be accepted without an accompanying return number, call your dealer ahead of time to receive your RMA number.

School Store - Returns/Exchanges

Items purchased through the school store are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in new/unworn condition- excluding any custom designed items.

Exchanges – 1 exchange will be facilitated per purchase @ N/C Call- 610-918-9850 to request a different size and RMA#. Return original size to the Band Director with RMA # shown on item. Subsequent exchanges will be billed for shipping & handling @15.95

Returns- Any returns with no exchange will be credited upon receipt of item in new unworn condition within 30 days. Call- 610-918-9850 to get RMA#. Return original item to the Band Director with RMA # shown on item. Any and all items received in defective condition will be replaced @N/C including Shipping/Handling.
